Dead Sea Scrolls

The Dead Sea Scrolls are a collection of ancient Jewish texts discovered in caves near the Dead Sea, primarily between 1947 and 1956. These scrolls, written between the 3rd century BCE and the 2nd century CE, include some of the oldest known fragments of the Hebrew Bible and other religious and legal documents. We had a great time at the Reagan Library exploring the exhibits and learning about how God preserved His sacred text throughout history.
